What do you like about our products and services?

Your name says it all Zero Residue on my carpets and furniture. Everything came out clean and my 20 year old carpet looks and feels like new.

Service was wonderful the results were beyond what I expected. I had a severe red wine stain that I would have been happy to just lighten. It is gone completely.

I have tried many other companies with much disappointment but with Zerorez my carpet felt and looked clean and soft. It also dried very fast. I'm a happy customer.

My carpets were really in pretty bad shape and really had low expectations. The tech worked hard and spent extra time and was able to get almost everything clean. There was a stain that now looks very light, but was expected.

The service tech was very pleasant, fast and very neat working around may furniture. The like the water method that is used for your cleaning process there is no residue left over my carpets look great.

I like the fact that no chemicals are use to clean. the service was very professional, Robert did a very good job cleaning the house carpet as well as the carpet and seats of my car, and also telling me good tips to use the spot remover that comes with unlimited free refills.

What could we do to improve?

maybe a better rinse. Spots did not come out which you cannot always see until carpet is dried. I had to use a spotting agent after carpet dried & got spots out better. I think maybe hot water/steam is better.

No residue left, dries quickly. Stays cleaner longer, and that's saying something, because we have pets. Your technicians do a teriffice job! I've used several other carpet cleaners in he last 30 years, but this is the BEST!!!
