We liked the fact that you cleaned our furniture and area rugs using high alkaline water and not toxic chemicals. We were also impressed with the technician who went above and beyond to meet our expectations.
I absolutely knew my carpet was clean. The carpet was worked on until the waste water was crystal clear.
It was set up mostly by phone and having very busy days, that helped a lot. The service, I was told, was very quick and friendly. I could see the difference once I did get home and it looked and smelled nice.
Excellent service by Ben. Much cleaner carpet than any other cleaning service. Only problem was that I would have like to clean additional areas but the truck overheated and the work had to stop. Too bad. Ben was a hard worker achieving excellent results.

The technician wasn't consistent with what he moved to clean under and didn't. Some furniture he moved and some, he just cleaned around. Maybe we should have talked about it ahead of time.
No residue. Carpet felt fluffy, like new. No chemical smell. Courteous and competent technician.
ALL the stains came back within a week. You sent our another person to do it again, and a week later, all the stains were back again. A third time was not authorized as it was felt by the manager that a third time would not make any difference. That is fine, but I feel like I wasted 200 dollars on something that now a month later looks like I never cleaned it. I would have appreciated at least a partial refund since your product did not work at all.
That it uses no chemicals or detergent, there is no smell, and your technician was very friendly and efficient.The whole process was quick and we are completely satisfied with the results.
My carpets look great!!! I am so pleased with the work. Plus I was able to get an appointment quickly and the price was very reasonable.
No smell, still looks great after a month. With the other companies, the stains were back after a week or so.

Your people cleaned my off white berber carpet beautifully. I have had other companies who did not do as good a job as Zerorez did.
the last time I had by carpets cleaned by your company the tech left stains that he said he could not get out upstairs in my bedroom. I understand that some stains can not be removed but when you change the shape of the stain (which ended up to look like a huge penis... yes a penis) and then spread the stain ALL OVER my room, i believe it could have been removed. as a matter of fact, i went to the store and bought a can of woolite cleaner and was able to REMOVE the entire penis stain. So dissapointed.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He did a great job! There was no chemical odor and the carpet dried relatively fast. My carpet looks and feels like new! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends!

We were very unhappy with the job that was done by our first technician.
We complained and another technician was sent out. He did a very good job and cured all of the problems created by the first tech.
The carpets turned yellow in spots and when I requested them come back out on my schedule, the person who answered the phone was not very helpful in getting someone out on a timely fashion. I requested sometime around 4:30pm early in the week as I am having guests for the weekend and I am home from work by then. They suggested 9:00am tomorrow or not until November 5th (my brother's wedding) which I accepted unhappily (I can't take any more time off from work). She said they do not send technicians out at that hour even though it would probably only take 1/2 hour to fix the problem. I felt that they really didn't care about pleasing the customer. I was very upset when I got off the phone with Zerorez.
Although our stairs came out well, the fibers were crispy afterwards rather than soft. The three oriental carpets that we had done were also crispy and stiff, and the discolorations did not come out as they have with traditional rug cleaners. I feel like I need to go back and spot clean.
You live up to the advertising and your workers are very professional.
