I liked that only very hot water is used with no other soaps or other products. The scheduler and the technician were friendly, knowledgeable and flexible.
The carpet looks new again and didn't feel crunchy after drying like a previous cleaner.

Great attitude and service inside our home. We live in a condo association with private streets. Your service truck leaked oil leaving two 4" diameter oil stains and a series of blue swirley marks that looked like sidewalk chalk. I scrubbed them with soap, brush and water but there was still some residue so I would rate your company an "F" for the crud left on the street---zerorez--no way.
Brian was very professional and friendly, he did an excellent job from top to bottom.
I liked the product because it did not leave a residue and the carpet seems softer.
My carpet dried with a browning color (to much water) and I'm having a party Saturday night with ugly dirty looking carpet. Your technician is returning Monday. I explained that the guy I use now will return the following day if browning or any other problems exist. You can't come back until 8 days later??
The carpet looked like new and that's tough to do with 3 cats, two dogs and a mechanic in the family.

I sent in two rugs to be cleaned, the customer service was very good. However, one rug of the two smells very bad and part of the nap of the rug came out when I vacuumed it for the first time after the cleaning. It appears that the backing on the rug is deteriorated. It smells especially at that area where the hole is. The rug is damaged now and doesn't smell very good at all. The OTHER rug is FABULOUS!
Robert Keith, our tech, was very friendly and did a great job! The carpets look great and he even managed to get a few old stains out that no one else had. There is no after smell which was great as well. All my questions were answered, the carpets look great and I am very happy! Now if I could just keep the animals off of them! Thanx!
The carpet dried very quickly and it is not sticky.
Nothing! The carpets are soft now, and not crunchy like when we use the traditional carpet cleaners who use soap. The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was very friendly and informative.

Everything, the technicians that have completed the work are very friendly and professional, they take care in my home and given I have 2 dogs they communicate well on ensuring that my dogs will be secure while the work is being done. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't use anyone else!

Ricky was very informative, respectful, and hard working to get our carpets cleaned. In addition, the cleaning quality is leaps above the other companies we have used in the past. Old and new stains disappeared.

Its not that I'm disappointed with the cleaning of the carpet. It did clean it fine. Two things: oNe, it took quote a while to dry completely. And with that I noticed alot of odor as it dried. To be expected I suppose as you don't use fragrances in your solution. Two, and much more importantly - after Zerorez left 3 of my 4 cats were sneezing for about 5 days afterward!! It was to the point where I was gong to take them to the vet but it seems as of this week to have tapered off. Any thoughts on that?
