Our carpet was well worn and was definately in need of some cleaning. Eventhough it was older carpet our technician did an amazing job and everything looked clean. We were running a little behind schedule, and he was able to work around us. He was professional and courteous, I was very pleased.

On time and good job
I left a message with a request to set up service on a quarterly basis and provided my name, phone number and address in that message. I repeated my phone number twice and asked you to call that number to set up the service but instead you called my daughter's phone number...she did set up the original appointment but my voicemail asked for you to call me directly....very disappointed your company was not able to follow instructions. Listen to the message again and call the number.

Our Technician, Andrew Greer, was fantastic. Very personable and professional. He thoroughly explained the process and happily answered all our questions. He did a terrific job cleaning our carpets and we were thrilled with the results.
