For tile cleaning service do-over, I requested a different technician than had muddled the first job. Instead, the same technician was being sent out with a trainee to boot. Rescheduled a third day with a more experienced tech.
You machine doesn't do corners or edges.

Ramiro was efficient, thorough and professional. My tile looks brand new. Even the grout went from nearly black back to its original off white.
Kendal was very friendly and able to communicate well over the phone given the circumstances we were in when he performed the cleaning for us in our newly purchased home. Accommodated our request for no nuts in the house. Very pleased with the outcome of our tile cleaning.

The tech was very professional and personable. My only issue is that once the floor dried there was still drywall dust residual in some spots. The majority of the floor did not though.

Andrew was a true professional. He not only called when he was 15 minutes away, he showed up in a collared shirt, work pants and a truck clearly displaying the ZeroRez logo!
