Brian, our technician, was careful and thorough. He took the time to explain how and demonstrate how the Zerorez system works and how it gets all the old soaps and soil out of our carpets. (He wasn't kidding). We are amazed at the transformation in our carpet, even for a carpet that we have been having professionally cleaned (by other companies) every year. Never again... now our annual carpet cleaning will always be Zerorez.

than before it was cleaned, my carpet is only 1-1/2 years old and has
No stains except for the traffic paths. When the carpet dried the traffic
areas were still dingy and the carpet still had a "dog" odor after drying.
He cleaned VERY quickly - seemed like he went too fast??? Either way,
I was not pleased with the results. It seemed very impressive on the radio
ads but that was not my experience.

Techs (Patrick & Ben) were very nice & professional. I just feel that the cost for the carpet cleaning service should be a little more in line with other vendors in the city. $150 to $175 seems very reasonable for what was done & the time spent vs. the $210 I paid.

I like that you have the tools to find problem areas -- like where the cat urine was. I like that everything is done thoroughly and there is no soap residue on anything. I like how your system is safe for one of my rugs that is supposed to be drycleaned. I like how all the small - medium size things are moved out of the way to clean thoroughly.

Love the fact that you don't use lots of chemicals/soaps. We also like that we can go a while in between cleanings and that the carpets seem to stay fresh longer. The service tech that came out was outstanding he did the best job that we have ever seen. We have two very large fish tanks that we are unable to move and he made sure to get behind them he best he could. If it is possible we would request that he come out next time to clean our carpets.

Less chemicals and clean carpets

Zerorez is the only company I will use to clean carpets in homes that I own. Love the cleaning product and use it in my home on small stains till I have the carpet cleaned. The people who do the service are fantastic and aim to please. I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals and the carpeting is dry within a short amount of time...

We were impressed by the demonstration that was given when we got our carpets cleaned a few months ago and I decided to have all our tiles cleaned as part of a birthday present to my wife. I was hoping for a “wow” feeling when I got home and saw the tile but instead I was disappointed to find the issues I listed below. I feel like the end results we received were not in line with the cost of the service. I was not home during the service so I was not able to discuss these concerns with the technician at the time. My wife did say that the technician was courteous throughout the service. My observations when I came home were:
1) There are a few locations of tile grout that look like they were missed during the cleaning (noticeably darker than other clean sections). There was a mechanical problem with the equipment so the service timeframe was delayed. I understand that these things happen but I am concerned that the technician had to rush to complete the job due to the delays. There was a bottle of cleaner and brush left behind in our sink after the technician had left (not a big deal but looks like things might have been rushed).
2) There was a section of our tile that has old paint on it that comes up if you scrap it. This was not removed during the cleaning. I don’t know if this was missed or if he wasn’t able to get it off during cleaning. If it didn’t come off during cleaning, it should have been explained that he wasn’t able to get it off so I wouldn’t assume it was skipped.
3) I was surprised to see that a section line of grout in our bathroom was actually removed during the cleaning. I wasn’t aware that this could happen. I would have liked if the technician mentioned this to my wife as soon as he saw that happening so we could have stopped and made a decision on whether or not to continue and risk more grout being removed since I will now have to repair the grout. It's not a lot of repair work but something I wasn’t expecting.

We have a parrot and it was important to find a carpet cleaner that did not use products that harmed our bird. The technician who came to do the work, Seth, was a very polite and considerate young man and we would ask for him again.
