You show up on time. Professional appearance and good attitude. I would recommend that instead of just asking how many rooms there are to do you explore the subject a little further with the client; I.e. steps and hallways, etc. You quote over the phone but those other areas end up being extra. I am a real estate broker and I have usually discussed with the home owner how much the service is going to be then the extra areas are thrown into the mix at the property and the price changes accordingly.
There was no difference in my carpet. I didn't even know that they had been there to clean it. If the tech didn't think he couldn't help the carpet he should have called me or had the office call me before starting the work and charging me $100. I very unsatisfied and would not recommend this company to anybody and I work in property management. I would like the owner to call me regarding this. Phone number removed
No chemicals, leaving no residue. Carpet left nice and soft like new.
We were amazed at the results of our recent carpet cleaning. I was skeptical that anyone or anything would be able to remove the several years accumulation of dirt, grime, and stains from our light-colored carpet. The carpet had not been cleaned since it was installed over 15 years ago, and was discolored throughout, but now it looks new!
Great Job. Really gets not only carpets, but, furniture clean as well. Always a quality job.
I like that it dries relatively quickly and that u don't leave residue on carpets!
So far....spots have not returned. Coffee stain has not returned. Did not take long to dry.

The rugs look very clean, especially the white shag rug. Your technician was very courteous and took cautions not to track in the rain and mar any doorways or furniture with the hoses. He also suggested that he did upholstery, and so he also did a great job cleaning thee lounge chair.

The customer service is top-notch as well as the associate that came to clean our carpets. For me, the pre-treatment was too citrus smelling, and he was very kind and understanding.
Also, I had company coming and called Zero Rez with very short notice. They had someone at my house within a couple hours. My carpets look great!
