My carpet looks great and the Colby was very friendly and professional.
The last time my carpet was cleaned by you 6 months ago the man did a better job. This
time it only took him 15 minutes. I could understand that maybe some of the dog spots
would not come clean. My dog had been sick a few weeks prior. I did the best I could
to clean it. However, there were just dirty spots that could have come up. My last time
was much better and a better job was done. I don't believe you can do a good job in

The technician was very friendly and respectful. My carpets and sofa look terrific. The citrus scent lasted for a few days.
