Consistent service and results, well trained and courteous technicians, fair and transparent prices
Technician was courteous and thorough. He explained process and updated me on his progress. We reviewed the results when he was done.

Fast, friendly, and effective service. My carpets look brand new and the pet add-on service helped neutralize a long-lingering cat urine scent. Colton thoroughly explained his cleaning process and broke down the service costs, which were more than fair given the quality service. I’m moving out of town soon, otherwise I would have Zerorez clean on a quarterly basis. Thanks again.

Product works great, cleans thoroughly and removes stubborn dirt without leaving residue. Your technician Kyle was outstanding. He worked very hard and cleaned “tough to clean” areas of the carpet like they were his own personal carpets. Very impressive and as a result of his extra efforts the results definitely exceeded my expectations. Very good communicator, made some recommendations that I found very helpful, very transparent and someone I will definitely request when it’s time to clean carpets again.

Representative was professional, courteous and thorough. The result of the service was better than we had expected. The only negative comment i can add would be on myself as i would have tipped him but forgot to get some cash , MY BAD! I would however request the company tip this fine employee at least 38,000.

The cleaning of our floors and chairs was wonderful. They both came very clean. Our technician explained everything, worked hard and did a. Great job.
I use your company yearly. I had to have Zerorez comeback out to spot clean a couple places. On the website when I booked it stated $35 per spot but when he arrived I was informed it would be $130. This was very misleading. In addition to the misleading cost of the service one of the spots didn't even come out or improve at all. I'm a loyal customer who has referred several people to Zerorez and I had to overpay for subpar cleaning.
