I know it will be done right, there's NEVER been a problem in the twelve years I've been using them. There's ALWAYS a professional to come to my home that is COURTEOUS and RESPECTFUL and also be suggestive in their products which is also a plus.

Technician was polite, accommodating and came within the window that was given to me. He called 20 minutes before arriving. A stain came back the next day that was treated while he was here. It was gone when he was here. I called and they will come back to fix the stain. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Zerorez. We have used them for years.

Communication with ZeroRez was great before, during and after the service. They cleaned carpets and rugs in our whole house. All look great. We are very pleased They aim to please in every way and did a very small piece at no extra charge ( lagniappe)
I liked the explanation of how they clean wool vs synthetic rugs. Also learned the option of sending it out for an additional fee.

Great service, efficient and thorough
I had three bedrooms, a living, dining, and kitchen cleaned. Bedrooms were carpeted. The remaining part of the house is tile. Even several hours after the technician left, there is a lot of residue throughout the entire house on the tile, such that any walking across it pulls a footprint. There are also places where the residue is so thick that it feels almost sticky to the hand. To be completely honest, my Swiffer WetJet does a better job than the system that I witnessed yesterday. I will say that the carpets feel better to a degree, but having two pets in the house and not having any major cleaning done in two years, I really cannot tell the difference before or after Zerorez. Finally, the van's equipment exhaust burned my grass out front. That will grow back, but whatever. All in all, not worth the expense or effort. I will not refer or otherwise use any services from Zerorez again.

The first visit the pet enzyme treatment was not done even though it was discussed on my initial call making the appointment.
So I scheduled a second appointment and was told I would be charged 40 dollars a room for the pet odor removal treatment.
I ended up paying a total of $260 dollars for 3 small carpeted bedrooms and the dog smell is still overwhelming. A total waste of money. I will never use zero ez again.
