I enjoyed the customer service experience, which I find a rarity in today's day and age.

The service technicians have always been very professional, friendly and efficient. They take their time and often stop to explain/show how an area is being cleaned. I've never felt pressured into additional service or treatment options while they are on the job but I'm interested in their suggestions on how to maintain our furniture and carpet to help with future cleaning needs. I've always been satisfied with the level of clean they are able to achieve!

Kendall was absolutely amazing, on time, attentive to areas of concern and was very knowledgeable. This is why we have used Zerorez over 20 years now and they have never disappointed. He did a fabulous job (the best ever) cleaning and sealing our tile floors. Thank you, Kendall.

Joseph did an amazing job! His communication was excellent. He got right to work and he did a magnificent job cleaning and sealing all of our tile and grout. We would want him again to service us and we would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their floors cleaned.

I was very pleased with the person and the way that he took time with the carpet and he also explained what he was doing. The carpet is very clean and smells great.

Spend increased time on each project. Colton was a good technician and explained things and had excellent manners. I was unhappy with one chair but the company was very responsive and he came back and the second cleaning resolved the problem. I was surprised at how quickly he did carpet and three upholstered chairs.

My service guy was awesome! Explained everything so well and was efficient.

Technicians have always been polite and respectful while doing a good job cleaning what we’ve requested be done. Also, knowing there are no harsh chemicals being left behind on rugs or upholstery is important.

Technician came @ scheduled time, there wasn’t any surprise billing, and carpet looked beautiful after service.

Harrison was very thorough with his approach to our carpet cleaning needs.

Not only did the fit me in with a time that wasn't available on their website, they showed up on time and were professional and efficient. I couldn't be happier!

Tech called hours before appointment wanting to come early. I said I wasn’t even home, but could hurry back and be home by 1:30. He said something about checking with the office because he isn’t supposed to wait around. I never heard back so when he did showed up about 1:45 I wasn’t ready.

He about 10 minutes per room and after he spent about 5 minutes in the first room, I told him that seemed quick. He said it wasn’t that dirty. I told him it was dirty, with two dogs, dog feet and dander, it is dirty. He seemed like he just wanted to rush abs get done for the day. My house now stinks.

I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning or my carpet, but some spots didn’t seem quite as fresh as I’d hoped afterward. Can’t fault the product unless this shouldn’t happen. Overall I’d say it was a smooth and quality service. Hard to gauge expectations vs reality sometimes.
