Good job- technican was polite, friendly and professional.

I have used Zerorez multiple times and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was not the case. The technician assigned was very nice and friendly - but only took 8 minutes to clean a large room of carpet. I even questioned him about the time and he said it was enough and he covered the entire room. From the time he stepped foot in my house until he left was under 30 minutes. It was only one room of carpet - but it is a large room we couldn’t even tell anything had been cleaned. I even paid extra for the “protectant”. Very disappointed.

I am very satisfied. The service tech was able to remove some very old stains. The carpet looks new again.

The technician did an excellent job of removing any traces of dogs running across the carpets. He was here for several hours and went back and forth across the bad stains. I will certainly call your company again when I need your services.

The rug still has stains and still smells

I was thrilled at how quickly I was able to schedule my cleaning. My technician was prompt, professional, efficient and thorough. He also was very knowledgeable on how best to treat my sectional and rug. He also recommended odor protection which I’m glad I did. My couch and rug have never looked or smelled so good. I am so thankful for this service! I’ll be doing this consistently so they don’t get as dirty again. And going forward I’m going to request the same technician for my services. Thank you!

I got prices on rug cleaning by size, on your website - it didn’t say it was topical cleaning only - so I scheduled it. When your technician got here, the in-depth cleaning I wanted was over $400 per rug 😳 I can replace my rugs for that price . It would have been nice to know before I removed all the furniture from the rugs.
Also he told me on his way here he could not help me move any furniture.
