Alex did a great job cleaning 8 rooms of carpet, long hallway and stairs in less than 2 hours. He was respectful, polite and hard-working. Would definitely recommend Zero-Rez!

The technician was super nice and professional. I think where this job went wrong is that my expectations weren’t managed in regards to how clean my rugs would get. I have a puppy who decided to use a couple of my rugs as puppy pads. I was hoping the at home cleaning would remove the stains but even more so, the smell. It did neither.

Kendall was prompt, polite, very helpful and did an excellent job.

The technician that came out to my home was fast and very knowledgeable. He helped me pick the exact services I needed and left my house smelling much better than when he arrived. My area rug and carpet haven’t looked this good in years.

ZeroRez destroyed my perfectly beautiful carpeting. Worst company on planet earth. And the manager didn’t even return my follow-up calls or texts after he attempted to fix the problem.
