I made an appointment to have my rug and carpet in the bedroom and bathroom cleaned, I was quoted 188$, I wasn't there when the guy arrived, I was only interested in having my rug cleaned but was tod they wont come out for 88$, so i agreed to have the carpet cleaned in bedrm and bathrm, the guy states he cant clean the rug because it wil fade. I had you guys clean the rug in 2020. If I had been there, I would have said "clean the rug, I dont care if it fades, its an old rug" So I was so irritated when I came home and my rug wasnt cleaned. I wish when I made the appointment the person would have said something about the rug fading and I woulda told her I dont care. My husband was there and he doesnt know any better. They left me a pamplet to ship the rug off to have cleaned, not sure what theat cost, i could buy a new rug for that fee. Sooo, really disappointed didnt get me rug cleaned. Thanx, First name removed

Carpets were so clean when they were done and not soaking wet either. We used the pet deodorizer and it smelled great!
I like that they had an earlier opening, so they offered to come early. I couldn’t be there but they’re were able to come in with my family member, and did the job! I came home from my other appointment and the couch was clean and paid for! It looks great!
