I called zeroes to have them clean my carpets. The technician (trey) arrived on time and explained every purcedure that he was going to do .the odor reducing chemical ge used was great worth the extra money
It was easy to book an appointment online at a day and time that worked for me. The technicians arrived promptly, were extremely friendly and efficient at their work.

First, Dalton’s ( the techs) timely call and arrival and his professional and respectful way as he walked throughout our home as he explained his plan. He was meticulous as he moved items in his way. We had moved furniture and items obvious to us before he came. When he finished, Dalton asked me to walk with him in case we saw anything he might have missed.

We have used Zerorez to clean our carpets for probably over 15 years. They do a fabulous job! They have always been able to get out stains from the carpet and also the sofas. The best part is that I am sensitive to smells and the products they use do not bother me at all. Finally, every one of their employees who have come to our house have been polite and easy to work with.
