Very professional, great job !!
Fast and did a great job.
Have always had good results with Zerorez carpet and upholstery cleaning. This time was no exception. The tech was able to remove 2 stains that were especially bad. The tech went right to work after reviewing the rooms to be cleaned.
Dalton showed up on time was courteous and did a great job.
Morgan did an excellent job on my carpets and tiles. I would highly recommend having m.
My Tech was fantastic
The person that came to my home carried himself in a professional yet friendly manner the entire time he was there. He provided us with an estimated time for completing the job prior to starting, in addition to an estimated drying time upon completion. Overall he did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend Zerorez carpet cleaning services.
Technician was considerate, careful and thorough
Was disappointed in the price for what was done and the quality. Also estimate was misleading
My technician was great. Very thorough, professional and did a great job. I was referred to the company from my neighborhood FB chat and they did not disappoint.
Good service and great value
Promptness, professional and reasonably priced
I was super impressed with the cleaning job done. Cleaner was very diligent and polite.
The only thing semi- negative was quite high in price. Job well done
Was a great price but the best part was Antonio Hall the technician that cleaned! My mom is elderly he was so nice and respectful to her! The carpet came out so nice! Antonio is a major asset to Zerorez!
I have a front entry rug that was cleaned awhile ago after a stain was on it. The technician couldn't fully get the stain out, advised me to let a mixture of baking soda and vinegar sit on it, which made it worse and turned the stain yellow. Had a supervisor back out to take a look, said I should have never been told to let that mixture sit on the wool rug. I paid to take it off site and have it cleaned and the stain was removed. Fast forward to my most recent services, I had the rug cleaned at my house and the original stain pulled back up. I asked a supervisor to come out and take a look as I was never told to not have the rug cleaned again due to that possibly happening. I asked the rug be taken off site and cleaned again, but not at my expense since I felt I shouldn't have had to pay for it the first time. He said he couldn't do that and could only offer to clean it again at my house. He did and the stain did lighten, however other stains were now pulled up and turned yellow. The rug is ruined.
I love everything about Zerorez and my technician Dalton. He is wonderful and he’s friendly. He’s very informative asking you questions seeing if you need anything else done before he leaves thank you, Dalton.

Carpets came out beautifully. Look brand new! Service was great as well!
Both Jack and Albert did and absolutely amazing job!! They were both so professional, kept all areas organized and tidy, left the place better than it looked when they left! My AC is running so much better now, it's cooler and it smells so much cleaner after the duct work they completed with the air purifier installed.
The upholstery cleaning service by Antonio was above and beyond any expectations and he was so personable and friendly.
