I wish the carpet had come a lot cleaner. We told our cleaner the carpet was only 2 years old and no shoes had ever been worn on the carpet yet the high traffic areas clearly were still present after the cleaning. We felt like the areas should have come cleaner.
We had to reschedule twice for various reasons and your team made it easy and flexible to do so. The communication the day of and leading up to our cleaning was excellent.

Great service and repair suggestions
After the cleaning and the carpets stride, the carpets felt crusty and no longer had a texture that truly felt clean. I am very disappointed in the feeling of the carpets afterward.

There are still water marks and that has not been an issue in the past. Also, the sides of the sectional (which is upholstered) was not cleaned. We would appreciate a touch up.
