The first thing I like is the people, from the person answering the phone and scheduling my appointment to the person who actually performs the service. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about all aspects off the job. The chemicals used leave no residue and my carpets dry faster than other companies I have used in the past. In addition they do not pressure you in getting anything extra. They tell you about additional services and let you make the decision. Before leaving they ensure there is nothing else they need to do ensure I am fully satisfied with the service. /

Cleyton cleaned our carpets at the Crossing Church yesterday and impressed me with his hard work and attention to detail. He went above and beyond by shifting furniture without being asked to and cleaned every drop of water from our hard surface floors. He was also friendly and respectful. We'd be thrilled to have him back anytime!

Efficient and seems to be effective

He was our technician and did a beautiful job. He was polite, professional and answered any questions we had before cleaning our house, and runners.
He suggested we have our wool, cotton area rug and jute rug cleaned at the facility instead of him trying at our home. Will take 2-3 weeks but we’re very pleased.
Carpets were specially treated as our cat had a few accidents before he left us. Totally nailed it with cleaning & sanitizing.
Reasonable, efficient and honest.

I had the most amazing experience with Antonio Hall. My 83 year old mom has been very sick and was admitted to the hospital. She had some issues down the hall and in her bedroom and bathroom. He was so caring and understanding. Spiritually, he left me up when I so overwhelmed and clearly about to fall. This company did an amazing job on the carpets and the bathroom floor. I will always use them and tell everyone about the amazing care give. Again, thank Antonio Hall. You got me through this difficult time.

Very quick and efficient.

This service was for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning for one of my rental properties post tennant move out. As such, the home was clear of furniture.

We asked the technician if it was required that we remain on site while the work was performed- he said no and that he would text us the invoice. We left for coffee.

20 minutes later we received a ride phone call.

Why hasn't the invoice been paid?

Well, umm, because we didn't know we had too?

Yes- you do, he replied angrily. He went on to say how he instructed us that this was a requirement to begin work.

He had not. Two of us were standing there and heard no such thing.

He doubled down.

I told you!

Ok fine. We pulled over and paid via cell phone. He did the job.

After, I received an email stating that I earned zero Rez bucks. Promotional dollars which could be used towards a future purchase. $25.00 worth. I have a sofa which I'm moving from my house in Saint Johns to my beach house and called to inquire as to price. I told the customer service representative that I received a customer loyalty email wherein I had earned Zero Rez points. Conflating points for bucks.

The rep had no idea what I was talking about. I explained. She went on to say no such loyalty programs exist and that the most I could be offered was $20.00.

Forget it. Zero Rez has a people problem.

She couldnt bothered looking up my account.
She was unable - cognitively - to connect the dots between Zero Rez bucks and Zero Rez points.

The carpet cleaning tech was rude and couldn't communicate the payment requirements.

No thank you- never again.
