Didn’t show up till after 12:00

We had air ducts and carpet cleaned on Tuesday May 12th. Your staff went out of their way to get us appointments for these services before my duct cleaning coupon expired on the 18th. Very pleased at this point.
The duct cleaners arrived and did a very good job of cleaning the ducts and cleaning up all areas. When we received the invoice, it already had a discount of $50. That would be nice but I had a 20% off coupon (about $120) that was the reason we needed to be scheduled before 18th when that coupon expired. We asked about why we couldn't use our coupon. He checked with the office but he said it couldn't be changed. We needed to give the coupon code before the invoice is generated. No one asked for a code. The $70 won't kill us but it seems like the invoice could have easily been changed.
The carpet cleaning went great. Overall the actual cleaning services were great.

Constant communication about arrival

The 2 young men that came to my home, Jake and Alberto, were very courteous and they both worked very hard and did an excellent job on cleaning my home!!! They wore their shoe covers at all times in the house, and after they finished the air ducts, they did my dryer vent also. They cleaned all the vent covers and cleaned floors and vacuumed all the carpets to clean any lint and debris from the cleaning, throughout the house. I highly recommend their team and your company, to others wanting to clean their air ducts and dryer vents. Thank you so much for cleaning my home!!!!

I am not wanting to generally review a company‘s product and or service. I was happy with the final product of the cleaning of my sofa however, after the dry time when I went to put the sectional sofa back together, I did realize that the back of a cushion had not been cleaned. I can totally see how this could happen. There are several cushions of the same thighs and same color I thought about calling complaint however I’m sure it was just an oversight and not intentional. I’m happy with the final product just felt there could be a little bit more thrown us an attention detail.

I've used Zerorez several times in my home. I wont use anyone else! The service is always fast, on-time and my carpets are in the best possible shape when the technicians are done. Dalton, I think was his name, was knowledgeable and offered honest suggestions and considerations for my 10 year old carpets. I had one room that needed a lot of his time and expertise and he killed it! Completely transformed that carpet. Forever a customer! Thanks!

Colton was our rep who came to the home to clean the tile and seal it. He was extremely professional, helpful, and answered all questions. I would highly recommend him and Zero Rez.

These guys are awesome!! We had Kaz come out in the morning and he was right on time. We have about 2100-220 sqft, two-level mixed between carpet and LVP, and he finished it up in about three hours. Kaz was awesome, he made sure what we needed to get done and what we expected. Everything looks fantastic. We’ve been in the house for four years and the flooring looks like it is brand new. We’re now going to get this done annually just to extend the life of the flooring! Thanks guys, highly recommended!!

Technician did a great job!

My grout is very splotchy now and it wasn’t cleaned effectively. Send someone else to do a better job.
