The equipment broke on the first visit, return visit was supposed to be complimentary due to this frustration as I was told by one manager. The day the service was supposed to be completed again we were told by another manager there would be a full charge. Very disorganized, poor customer service. Won't be returning or recommending.

I have used you for many years and have always been happy. This time is no different. We had Logan and he really did a very detailed job. He took his time, was super polite and professional. I can’t say enough good things about ZEROREZ and the wonderful job they did on my carpets for 5 bedrooms, a loft and a staircase. We have been in our house for 8 years which has led to a lot of wear and tear from shoe traffic and spills. And just like that, ZEROREZ made our carpets look amazing. Our service technician was very prompt, professional, thorough and accommodating. The overall price for the service was extremely economical. We even purchased a ZEROREZ stain kit for future needs. Our carpet was pretty dirty, the man did a good job cleaning it, but it does have a few streeks that I feel could have been cleaned better. All in all a good job.

The team arrived a little early which was welcome. They helped me move a few items I was unable to do prior to their arrival. They did an amazing job on my 22 year old carpet which is in good condition but was stained in places. I have not been well over the last few years and was unable to get things ready for a cleaning. However, it was a necessity at this time due to having complications from a surgery, falling out of bed and cutting my knee. There was blood all over my room and they did an excellent job of removing the stains they could and sanitizing the carpet due to the bacteria in the dried blood. I highly recommend Zerorez and plan to be more vigilant about having them come to my home on a more regular basis.

Logan from Zerorez did an outstanding job on my carpets on April 29th. He went above and beyond—scrubbed, extracted, and brought a 20‑year‑old carpet back to life. It honestly looks 10 years younger. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny. Highly recommend.
