My carpet looks the same before the cleaning. They are pee spots from my doggy but I can still see them after the cleaning. He was here for around 30 minutes and was done. Worst cleaning of my carpet ever.
Maybe clean it again with a different employee.
The Technician was friendly and explained the process. He answered all my questions and did a great job in cleaning the sectional.He showed up on time and called first to make sure this was still a good time for the service.

First, Dalton’s ( the techs) timely call and arrival and his professional and respectful way as he walked throughout our home as he explained his plan. He was meticulous as he moved items in his way. We had moved furniture and items obvious to us before he came. When he finished, Dalton asked me to walk with him in case we saw anything he might have missed.
