Efficient and kind employees

The job was done efficiently. Our tech was excellent. Everything was explained as well as letting us know about other services as well. We ended up adding on the protecturant for our carpet and felt that the overall job was done well at an affordable price!
The emergence of a "$25 residential fee" a sleezy way to quote a lower price on advertising and recouping the "savings" you advertise. It is a repulsive "junk fee". Why would you charge a residential fee for cleaning carpets in residences? Are you no longer a residential service company?
The technician was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He recommended specific services based on my particular situations and was not pushy in doing so. I will always trust Zerorez fwith my cleaning needs.
The gentleman that was here was very friendly and real knowledgeable about all the products he used while cleaning by carpets and sofas. Thank you for your service.

Excellent Service! I was very impressed with the customer service. They took my rug with them to clean. Brought it back and it looked brand new. Very, very happy. The guys could not have done a better job.
Scheduling was easy. Follow up and confirmation was on point. The only thing that could be improved is to include the pillows on the couch when cleaning 'the couch'. It was an extra $35 which IMO was excessive. I was disappointed about that. Alex was polite and efficient.
I specifically mentioned that I needed to have the carpets cleaned for pet odor. The technician barely sprayed in the areas that I indicated. The nice clean smell lasted less than a day and then it wore off and smells again. I understand that you can't get all the odor out but it's no better than it was before I called you all. Don't bother contacting me, I will never use you again.

Kendall did an amazing job cleaning the tile and carpet in my condo! It was a challenging project owing to the location of my unit, but he persevered with a smile. I am very grateful that the floors look like new!
