Your technicians are very prompt and thorough. The furniture and carpet always looks so clean, and dries very quickly.
It was so fast and easy. I was able to get someone in day of since our new home had some problem areas and we wanted the carpets cleaned before we started moving things in. Was so grateful to be able to do it that day!
I am a longtime customer of Zerorez. I like the citrus-based products used to treat stains and clean the carpet and the customer service. The team members are knowledgeable of the products and procedures and complete the job with great satisfaction. Scheduling is always convenient with my schedule and the pricing is always affordable especially when specials are available. I value the customer history with Zerorez and it’s worth the time I put into cleaning and moving furniture for my carpet cleaning experience!
I had three service which all were done well with a professional, knowledgeable and curious staff.
The services were:
1- carpets picked up, cleaned and returned cleaned very well
2- the wall-to-wall rugs were cleaned very well
3- tile in kitchen, dining area, hall and bathroom were cleaned and "sealed" against future stains.

We have used Zerorez for many years and they always meet or exceed our expectations.
Zerorez has been my go-to cleaning service for several years. The quality of the products and the professionalism of the crew is Outstanding. Kendall, the team leader did an Outstanding job in explaining the processes. I had several different floor surfaces to be cleaned. As well as an upholstered sofa. Each of these areas were thoroughly cleaned by Kendall and Logan. Also, as Kendall explained the processes and noted I had area rugs as well, he recommended their rug cleaning process. I then had him take two rugs back to their facility to get cleaned. I am very pleased with the great job they all did and highly recommend Zerorez as well as the team of Kendall and Logan.

My tech, Dalton G., was professional and efficient. He was very conscientious and careful about the fabric on my couch and chair. The work was terrific.
The technician was great to work with and did a fantastic job. This is my 3rd year in a row having then do a deep cleaning at my condo.
