This was a special carpet clean for us because we had several pet stains (urine) caused by our new rescue dog. The technician Trey did a superb job of treating the various spots and doing the overall clean. (He did mention that he was glad that he was assigned to our job because a newer tech might not have been able to handle this clean.)
The result was excellent!

We had the best customer service from any company in a long time! It was great to see that it still exists! Couldn’t be happier with the service and quality and professionalism of the 2 techs that helped us.

Technician didn't not check his work and seemed to be in a rush. The front door rug had a obvious stain that had not been touched, Later we found other areas. We were very disappointed in the tile and grout cleaning.
The effort the tech put into stains removal
Started with a quoted price of $500. Every item was changed from the minute the tech walked into the house. Eventual price ended up being $200 more. As he was leaving he met my wife coming in and continued to suggest that we had to do more. My first and last service from Zerorez.
Anthony came in and was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and he did a fabulous job.

I was overcharged severely, the total price was not even confirmed prior to cleaning my carpets I contacted the actual location and asked for a manager, they stated they would call me back and I did not receive a call back.
Not a strong chemical smell, quick drying, Kyle was great! A 10 out of 10!
Zerorez provided outstanding service in cleaning of our carpet and stripping and waxing of our tile floor areas. This is in a commercial building so, we did have a bit of excessive wear on the floor areas. Their staff is very friendly and professional. We did have one instance of having to reschedule one day of cleaning but they communicated clearly and professionally about exactly what the problem was and arranged a convenient time to complete the job. We will definitely have them return to our buildings the next time we need this service.

The requirement of a $250 minimum is the reason I wouldn’t recommend to friends and neighbors. I would use more services more frequently but I think that’s a ridiculous requirement.
