The young men who came were friendly, efficient, and knew what they were doing. I like that you have several services that you offer and we can choose what we need at the time.
Amazing customer service and friendly, skilled technicians.
I have always used Zerorez even when I lived in Atlanta and had good experiences but I will say that Joseph is the first technician I ever had to use fans when he finished a room to help with drying. He’s great!
The carpet is beautiful. The work was done efficiently and throughly. Logan was polite and knew what he was doing.
Our technician was so kind and thorough in his cleaning! I felt very comfortable welcoming him into my home and he did an excellent job communicating and executing all tasks at hand. He was very patient and accommodating with my skittish cats as well. 10/10

Always professional and they really do an excellent job
All the agreements made when appointment set were achieved. Call from Colton Bassett one half hour prior to arrival, He came in our home to survey what the job entailed. As we passed through the laundry room, I pointed out grape juice stains on a runner and asked if Colton knew of any secrets to remove said stains. His reply was I may be able to help with that!
We looked at the blue oriental area rug in the living room, and Colton confirmed it was wool. He advised that the rug could have a surface cleaning, however, it is beautiful addition to the room and deserves to be taken to Zerorez's warehouse for a thorough washing. Good timing for us, because Zerorez has a 2 for 1 special. and I can get rid or your grape stains at no extra charge.
Colton's estimate to complete the cleaning and needed drying time also proved accurate. I expect we will have our area rugs returned clean and stain free in two weeks or less.
We were customers of Zerorez in years past and the result is still the best. But it is rare to find a service technician who is personable, loves what he does and proud of it. It appears Colton has the ability to sell your company as well; Colton Bassett is a valuable asset on your team!
Great job ! Came for my rug cleaning and suggested I get the tile and grout cleaned. It is good as new, I am so happy with how it looks.

Very efficient and good customer service. My carpets look much better after being cleaned. The technician was very late compared to the timeframe first given to me. However, there was good communication letting me know when to expect the arrival of the technician. Definitely would use them again!

Carpets always turn out so clean, no soap buildup and they stay cleaner longer. Service personnel are always courteous, kind and do a great job.

Technicians called to say they were en route an hour before scheduled time, was not ready yet, tried to make it work by having them complete couch first while I finished vacumming/picking up carpet rooms but couch price on estimate was incorrect and they ended up saying it would be 3x as much so didn't have couch cleaned. Then, my husband had to run upstairs to grab one thing while they were cleaning, and after he quickly left their area, they made a negative comment about him before he was even down the stairs. Very impatient/rude/condescending about process/pricing, etc. Colton worse than other person (think maybe he was training and was just following suit??). We will not be using ZeroRez again. Talk crap about your customers all you want, just make sure they are out of earshot first 🙄.
