Reliable and thorough
The technician was hard-working and thorough and on top of that generally nice guy. He was very conscientious and tried this very best. You have a tremendous product with a tremendous employee.

They were on time and very professional. The two associates that represented zerorez was very knowledgeable, respectful and did the job in a timely manner. Me and my wife are very impressed with how they did the job and we have already recommend them to my next-door neighbor and will be using them in the future.

Professional, prompt, easy to book appointments, no hidden fees
The cleaning job completed in my master bedroom was a complete disaster. There are now dark streaks all across my carpet in this bedroom. The other areas that were cleaned look fine, but I am thoroughly disappointed in the job overall because the main area looks worse than it did before!!! I expect service recovery on this issue in the form of a call back to reschedule a recleaning of this area at no charge.
