Very efficient and upfront about charges.
The technician was super nice and polite, but I'm not sure that my sofa was cleaned properly. I own an interior design firm and I'm pretty familiar with upholstery fibers. The fabric is 100% polypropylene (super durable), but there is a stain that I cannot get out. I noticed that the tech was using a natural fiber cleaner, so I flagged that since there are not any natural fibers in the sofa. He started speaking about the interior down feathers which has nothing to do with the cleaning of the fabric. The stain remains on the sofa, which is also concerning since that is the reason I called in the first place. A little disappointing.

The technicians were very professional and did a great job. Carpets dried quickly and look new again. We would recommend Zerorez to our friends.
Morgan called at 8:33 am to let me know he was 30 minutes out and arrived about 9:15. I showed him around the home and what I wanted done. He was here about 15 minutes when he asked if I had a "restroom" and I let him know I had a bathroom in the hallway. I don't this reflects positively. Especially with the amount of time involved, this was not just a urination need! It certainly didn't leave real happy.
When he got started he brought in the electric pump sprayer for the pet treatment application. Turns out that wasn't working properly and was just spitting a little stream. He then brought in a couple of hand pump bottles. I have doubts as to the overall efficacy of the application process. The room that needed this treatment the most has not had the odor improve as much as I had hoped for.

my rug looks exactly as when you took it to be cleaned. It still looks dirty and does not smell clean at all. The delivery was late and difficult to schedule.
I've used your services for as long as you've been in business here. My carpets and grout look great after your man cleans them. The carpet does dry faster than other companies do.

Joseph was upfront on everything and great to work with! The drying time was as stated instead of having to wait over night. My cheap carpets look so much better and feel clean.
Scheduling was very easy and they had great follow up. The service tech called to confirm the stimated time of his arrival beforehand and he promptly arrived. The technician was very professional and did a very good job. He was able to spend extra time on spots that we enquired if they were new or had reappeared.

Damaged headboard /did not clean well and did not know how to do a proper s5 cleaning attmittedly. Reported it to management while he was on-site and twice more and was promised a return call. Nothing
