Professional staff and good result
The team always does a great job! They show up on time, call in advance, and complete their job quickly and efficiently! This is why I call them year after year!
Apparently, I am very sensitive to something that was used to clean or prevent stains on the couch. If there is an unscented version it should be offered prior to cleaning. I was barely able to stay in the room because the scent was so strong and affected my sinuses in a bad way
I like the fact that there is no residue left when the cleaning is finished. The technician who did the job was outstanding. He explained the whole cleaning process and was very friendly.

I was highly impressed with Curtis and his trainee. They were right on time (as everyone always is) and got started and finished quickly.
Now the important part. We have used Zerorez for years and have always been impressed with our results. This time however, was extra special because our high traffic areas were actually as clean as other areas and the entire home was like new. Very happy with the Zerorez Team!
