The service I received from Dalton was amazing. I carpet and tile are like brand new are he cleaned them.

I have been pleased with the results of Zerorez's cleaning over the years. They have consistently done a thorough job and achieved great results. The Zerorez rep's have shown up when scheduled and all have been friendly while being professional.

While I usually only have the carpets cleaned, over the years they have also cleaned the tile on bathroom floors and area rugs, all of which looked really good afterwards. Most recently, they also cleaned a shower, removing stains that had been on the shower floor for years, and living room furniture. The shower looks great, the furniture really turned out nicely, looking fresh and so much brighter.

Tech was very pleasant and explained the whole process. He worked quickly and, before starting, he made sure to protect all walls as I had just had my home newly painted.

Antonio called and showed up in the time predicted. I showed him the areas that I had specific concerns. He was sure to explain the process for the best results. He seemed very focused and appeared detailed on the task. The results are much better and I am happy with the outcome.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service provided. The service rep who came was extremely thorough, and addressed my concerns and told me about things Zerorez offers that could help with the grout. I thought I was getting that on the transaction I paid for a a tile cleaning. Not his fault at all. His cleaning was above and beyond. The floors came out very clean, just thought the grout could have been cleaner for a tile cleaning.

FANTASTIC RESULTS!!! The technician arrived on time and worked nonstop to make the carpets look fantastic. There were many stubborn stains and he was able to clear the majority!! MORGAN, the technician, was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He worked on the kitchen tile and it looks like it did when the house was brand new. My only regret is not calling them sooner. The sale price for the service made it even better. WELL DONE!!!!
