I have used Zerorez for many years and have never been disappointed. My technician, Jason, was very good and thorough.
I have used Zerorez for over a year and they have never disappointed. Chaz was so delightful and professional every time he arrives. I have 3 senior pugs who have a lot of accidents but Zerorez never fails to get my carpet sparkling clean and smelling wonderful. I had them do the grout in my tile and WOW..it looks brand new…and the price didn’t cost as much as I thought it would…It’s so easy to schedule an appointment on line and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend this company for all your flooring and carpet cleaning needs…

Carpet looks better. But did not get stains out that they committed to getting out. Also, there’s still an odor from a couple of Pet stains. I’m disappointed that they were not able to at least do a odor treatment..
On time and professional
Left streaks in a circular pattern. I have wet mopped and I cant remove them. Never using you guys again. Very disappointed for the money.
Harrison was hands down the best. He addressed all my concerns and did a wonderful job. I didn't think the floors were "that bad" until he was done - they look amazing. Looking forward to using Zerorez in the future.
