The person who came to my home to clean my carpet was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job on my carpet. It was extremely dirty, where vacuuming did nothing to enhance it's appearance. Now it looks better than when I bought my condo!
Fast, easy and economical
Zerorez provides great products to keep your home clean. I have been using Zerorez for a while now and no matter who the technician is they are very professional and friendly. Aric was no exception. Greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Eventhough he was busy cleaning the carpet he still had time for casual conversation which made the process go by faster. Great company and great people.
Our service technician did such a fabulous job. He was extremely enthusiastic, happy to be there. I ended up throwing more items at him and he was excited to do them. I have to go back and find his name because I would request him again. Thank you

No soapy residue
Morgan did great work , easy to work with, HOWEVER, it is evident that there must be additional training that is needed to have the intake operators to learn some sense of customer courtesy and decorum that is now missing. i had to call in three times and talk to different people and in two of these times i had to go through an argument as to which department would handle our order. never mind the fact that our Church as delt with ZEROREZ for over 20 years. on one of the calls the call in attendant actually ended the call
we are so disappointed with the evident lack of properly trained personnel on the telephones

The property you cleaned is vacant. I went to the property Sunday and was surprised to see 10+ tiles with either footprints or what appears to be a puddle that had dried. I had to scrub the ones that looked puddled and mop my way out of the house.
The house had painted grout. We had a couple areas where the paint had come off. When I spoke to the technician he said it might not clean up like I wanted. I did not expect it to take half the grout paint off the entire house. Only a few tiles/grout that looked bad to start... now almost the entire house. I had to paint the grout on almost the entire house.

Wonderful techs who listens. Your cleaner has zero smell very important to me as I’m very chemically sensitive. The best carpet cleaners I’ve ever hired!! Ever!!!

Fast efficient and the stains came out of my sectional
The level of cleaning was unsatisfactory. The heavily soiled areas of the carpet were not cleaned very well. After the tech left, we were able to lift more dirt with a simple pre-soak and brush. We even had to point out some areas that needed to be redone.
Excellent job. They returned to redo one area I twas concerned with. No questions asked. They stand behind their work.
Our technician was very concientious and did a thorough job! We had some stains that he worked very hard to clean!
