My rugs did have many dog stains and initially they were gone but seem to be coming back and even though the deodorizer was used and initially smelled very good now has an even more doggy smell.
My service technician was very nice & helpful. I really appreciated his time here.

Apparently, I am very sensitive to something that was used to clean or prevent stains on the couch. If there is an unscented version it should be offered prior to cleaning. I was barely able to stay in the room because the scent was so strong and affected my sinuses in a bad way
I like the fact that there is no residue left when the cleaning is finished. The technician who did the job was outstanding. He explained the whole cleaning process and was very friendly.
