While our Technician was very professional & the overall cleanliness of the couch is fine , I was disappointed to see (after everything was dry) that the very small spots (food stains, I believe) still remained. Our tech did ask how old they were & did indicate that they may have penetrated the fibers of the fabric...still I was hopeful.

I have had my own home and two townhouses that we own cleaned by Zerorez for the past 4 years. I have personally requested their technician, Mitch Fowler, to do the cleaning for us at each property as he explains the process and takes great care on doing a good job! The carpets clean up beautifully with the products that are used and without an overwhelming odor!
