Salesman was great, but I do wish I would have been giving all possible pricing information on the phone when booking. I didnt know until the day of how expensive it would be with all of the add-ons.
The service technician, Jeff, was pleasant and informative.
So far, our tile floors look great and the tile grout seems resistant to stains.

I have used Zeroez since I purchased this carpet in 2007. It is an off white good quality carpet but due to my using zeroez exclusively the carpet still looks awesome! No leftover residue! The technicians are always so professional and do a superior job!
