ZeroRez arrived on time. The technician was extremely polite, professional, neat and efficient. My chair upholstery looks so much better!
I’ve had the upholstered sofa and are rugs cleaned a few times by Zerorez and have been very pleased. This is the first time I’ve had the tile and grout cleaned and also the grout sealed. At the time it seemed like everything was fine- we just had to keep off the tile and grout for a few hours and it looked good. The next day, 24 hrs later, our footprints were visible (dog and human) which indicated a residue on the floor. Zero residue?? Plain water mopping of the entire area solved the problem, with two bucket changes. My guess is the residue was from the grout sealer. The technician, Roderick M, was very personable and thorough and I’m not blaming his technique. I was just hoping to be able to enjoy clean floors for more than 24 hours before having to clean them again myself!
The young men who came to do the jobs were pleasant, obviously well trained, and efficient. A job well done by all of them.

I was told carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours. At 11 hours, the floors were still damp. Stains in traffic areas were a little lighter but were not eliminated.
Customer service is great! The minute I open the door I am greeted with freindly professional courtesy. The workers explain the work that will be provided and stop for any questions I may have with concern. They are on the move, paying close attention to any obstacles or delicate situations. I am very happy with the outstanding work every single time! Thank you to Emmett and crew for the great job!
