On time arrival and called before they got here’s down pretty quick in doing the cleaning. Results were great for both the grout and carpet!
We paid $129 for two rooms and and extra $29 for stairs. I was quoted $129 for three rooms and that was the sale, In the past they have considered stairs as a room, so I would have had living room, dining room and stairs for three rooms...you threw me a curve ball and I dont know if I would go back to you or not..

Nick and Major did a fantastic job on my tile and grout cleaning. They also cleaned and sealed our granite counter tops, which also look great. The tile literally looks brand new! It turned out better than I thought it would. Communication, price, and overall experience were great. A big part of that were Nick and Major. Great job guys! Highly recommend.

The person(Mitch) that came to clean our house was very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. I left him at the house by himself to do the job and felt very comfortable in doing so. The procedure and the product in which they used lived up to their marketing. I know this because my 90-year-old mother who lives with my wife and I is extremely hypoallergenic and has had no reaction to the product. My wife came home and did notice a couple of areas where they missed on the tile in the bathrooms. When I called to inform them of this, the girl that I spoke with did not hesitate and scheduled someone to come out and address those areas, again living up to their marketing and the promise of their warranty. Carpet cleaning companies typically use a bait and switch in their advertising and I can promise you this company follows through on their marketing. I will highly recommend them in the future, to anyone wanting their carpet and tile cleaned.
The guys were very professional and generous. They made me feel comfortable with them in my home because they communicated with me and explained everything through out the entire process. They did take too much time. In and out.

We have used this service serval times now and they always do such a great job. The technicians are always super friendly, respectful and informative. I love that they don’t use harsh chemicals and never try to upswell you unless it is needed.
