Your ads and commercials make you think your grout will be brand new. I had one area I really wanted clean from a puppy , and I was led to believe via phone it would be fixed. The technician was great and honest when he got here, my kitchen and bathroom look nice just not what I expected. I did pay extra to seal and paid extra when he got here for an area rug that looks fantastic,

Do a better job cleaning up.
I've always appreciated the quality of the work that your technicians do. I have a fifteen year old condo and the carpets and tiles were looking very old and tired since the last time I had a major clean with Zerorez. Now things look bright, clean, and I don't feel like I need to replace things and remodel.
The tech this time was Ramiro. I have never seen anyone work as fast as he did and also be so thorough. He was a true professional. Thank you!
Need to clean areas that the machine does not get. Along walls, corners and around toilets
