This carpet was very stained. White with a lot of pet stains and coffee spills. After, it looks way better. Stains are almost completely gone. Wasn't expecting that.

As soon as the rugs dried, the stains came back at 2/3 the original darkness. I don’t think enough cleaning solution was applied and allowed to soak in and do it’s work. He finished three rooms in less than an hour.

I've always appreciated the quality of the work that your technicians do.
