The employee who took my order was very friendly and gave me the information I needed. “James” the employee who cleaned my carpets was very knowledgeable and friendly. My appointment was between 1:00 pm and 4:00. He called to tell me when he would be here and he arrived at 12:45. I will definitely use them again. They do more than clean carpets!!!

My carpets are 25 years old. With the exception of one spot where we go in and ot of the house they look wonderful. My technician was very careful and thorough.

Kendall did a great job including an on-the-fly adjustment he made when my day-sleeper neighbor came out and asked him to shut down all the noise emanating from his truck. Kendall shut things down and them moved to a spot about 100 yards further away and finished the job he was doing on my car seats that was interrupted by my neighbor's complaint. This situation was avoidable and totally my fault but Kendall was very gracious about it,

Mitch, the technician, was on time, courteous, professional, and efficient. He was honest about the possiblity of a disappointing outcome of cleaning my old wooden floors, but I told him to go ahead and am very happy with the result. He also cleaned a second hand chair and it looks great! Great guy, great service, great result!
