Excellent quality of service and the rep that came out to complete my carpet cleaning was super nice, thorough and explained the process to me as he was completing it.

For the money that I have spent I expected my carpets to also get dried especially since they knew it was a household not a business or anything like that I don't think it is right to make someone wait 4 days with wet carpets but the guy was very respectful and nice
