Wouldn't use any other vendor. I always ask for Russel now because he is thorough, discusses all services to assure order is accurate and offers other products to educate about what Zerorez can provide. He is a really nice guy as well and very personable. We have used Zerorez for carpet, tile, bathroom and shower cleaning. The outcome is outstanding. Thank you so much for being such a great company and providing such wonderful service.

Kevin arrived when he said he would from a courtesy call 20 minutes in advance. He was very professional and slipped on booties before he entered the home. He was did a stairwell and landing and one bedroom and was in and out in an hour like he said he would be. I was very please for the first time I used them and would highly recommend them.
