I was very pleased with the service I received from your employee, Austin, this week. He called and let me know his ETA which was very much appreciated when you have a 4-hour window. Austin was very professional and explained each step of the process as he went along. I am extremely pleased with the results!!! Austin also mentioned that Zerorez was certified to perform A/C duct cleaning which I was pleased to hear. This is something that I will be looking to do within the next few months. I would have never thought of Zerorez for that project had Austin not told me. Again, I am VERY pleased and will recommend Zerorez to friends and family for sure!
