ZeroRex guys always get my carpets very clean, and they are always professional and nice. I recommended ZeroRez to a friend yesterday. Unfortunately she lives in Niceville and I don't know if there are any ZeroRez businesses in that part of the state. Oh well!
The booking was easy and efficient. The service was easy and quick. The service person Kendall was perfect... friendly and efficient.

Did just what I wanted done great worker very professional
I didn’t feel I should have had to clean up the area after the technician left. The process did not treat the stains very well. Also, because of the process, some how the shrub that was by the cleaning van was totally brown within 6 hours of appointment. I called just to let them know, not wanting anything from it, and there wasn’t even an apology. An offer was given to come and spot treat the stains. Just not a very professional experience.

We were disappointed that the pet urine treatment made it worse or no improvement. I think the tech realized this but thought give it a try with the added pet urine treatment cost. Yes it's clean from the urine but permanently stained. There were two other spots fortunately not where one can see it. To no fault of the technician Mathew. He gave it his best!

Fast service for 3 rooms and a staircase, no strong smell from the product used, and safe to walk on afterwards.
