Russell was prompt and did a fantastic job, especially on our tile and grout, which looks brand new again! Carpet cleaning turned out better than I expected, as some is quite old and one room had several pet stains.

After the carpet dried, there's several spots that could have been cleaned better. High traffic areas are streaky.
I love that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals and soap, leaving residue behind that collects dirt. Carpet, couches and loveseat are always clean and fresh after a Zerorez visit. The quality of services provided is a direct result of their comprehensive training program. Techs are very knowledgeable and are able to make recommendations for the best outcome. Thank you!
