I have had other cleaning services but they come and go fast. Swipe carpet and leave. Logan cleaned my house like it was his own. He had me look at every room as he went through. Also did a great job on the tile. I know now who will be cleaning my carpet from now on.

Our technician did a really great job. The only issue was that I guess the machine that was used on the marble floors hit our pantry door a few times and so now it wont open and close correctly. The floors look great though just need to be more careful. Our carpeted hallway and staircase look great.

His approach was to educate without pushing to allow me to make the decision that was right for me and budget consideration.
I am completely satisfied with the results if the cleaning and can tell the difference in the ZeroRez process that left the carpet looking like new and feeling soft versus traditional methods.

We have used your services many times and have almost always been please with the results. This time we were not as happy with the technician as it appeared that we had a different understanding of the bill and the rooms to be cleaned. Hopefully this was just a matter of misunderstood communications. He did an OK job on most of the areas although we did ask that he re-clean one area and should have asked for a second.
