I liked your agent Dale T. He was professional and looked like he walked out of a fashion magazine. Clean uniform and clean cut man. I liked his explanation of what he was going to do before he cleaned the carpet, then tile and sealed the grout. The carpet looks terrific and so does the tile and grout. I like that the solution was vacuumed up and not like our pervious carpet company Chem Dry. I will definitely use your company again. My wife and I are very pleased with your products and service. Kendal got here early, after calling to see if that was ok, came in and measured the room, gave me a quote, then got very busy for the next three hours, non-stop!The carpet is as clean as i'ts ever been since we've been having it cleaned. Super nice job. You;ll be pleased with this company!!

Over charged , u see performed the attendant was nice but the cleaning or machine thing was poor at best ! And where was the deal , 2 rooms of tile 129. Ha

The technician called during the promised time window to give me an estimated arrival time which was accurate. He arrived, listened to my requests, and made his assessment. He carefully set up to ensure his hoses would not damage my walls and paint and he got to work. Less than an hour later, I had clean carpets and he was on his way. Great product and great service.
