On time and good job
I left a message with a request to set up service on a quarterly basis and provided my name, phone number and address in that message. I repeated my phone number twice and asked you to call that number to set up the service but instead you called my daughter's phone number...she did set up the original appointment but my voicemail asked for you to call me directly....very disappointed your company was not able to follow instructions. Listen to the message again and call the number.

Our Technician, Andrew Greer, was fantastic. Very personable and professional. He thoroughly explained the process and happily answered all our questions. He did a terrific job cleaning our carpets and we were thrilled with the results.

Service was superb. Dale was our service tech and he did an outstanding job - he explained every step to us and performed all of the contracted work flawlessly. The carpet and tiles look fantastic.

I have zero complaints about my service! I had scheduled a window from 11-2 and wasn't sure when the tech would arrive. Thankfully, he was able to arrive just after 11, and service was completed by 1 p.m. The floors look and feel great and dried quickly! I will use them again in a year when I need another service!
When you clean, it is done professionally and with less dampness and the stains do not appear to return like with other cleaners.
