Absolutely love this process, it has improved over the years . The device used to get out all the worn in dirt and hair really impressed me when I saw all the mess that came out. Never thought all my spots from my little dog would have been removed but they were by using the spot remover and spray. My carpet now stands up like new carpet, looks great and smells are gone. Thank you Dale Taylor. You are so knowledgeable, well trained, believe in this process, friendly, and have your procedure perfected from the time you come in until the time you leave.
