My Carpet is OLD, but the product used made it look almost brand new. The service was AWESOME.

The expectation needs to be set upfront that some of the grout will not be as clean as other areas.

First, the young man pressured me a bit to have a carpet cleaned I wish I hadn't I should have just spotted the few spots that were there. It is an area rug and has ruffled on the ends. Someone from the company is coming tomorrow to look at it. The rug is about 2 years old & did not really need cleaning. He also wanted to do the spare bedroom after I told him I didn't want it cleaned. It's hardly ever used. I felt like the carpets were too wet especially the master bedroom. The area rug was wet on the ends & underneath. That shouldn't be. Lastly, I think the cost was too high.

They were on time, friendly and did a great job. My car seats had few major stains that cleaned up great. Very happy with this service.

Mitch came out early to do the carpets on our new home! After confirming the work that we requested and briefly explaining how he would accomplish it, he quickly went to the job at hand. Mitch provided the service quickly in a detailed, methodical manner. When the work was done, the carpets looked terrific! I was pleased and so was my wife the next day after looking over the carpets. The young man came to my house as it was very respectful of my home and made sure to use the right cleaning solutions for my couch and my animals. He got everything out the couch look brand new! very happy and I love the nice smell and it dried within 4-6 hours just like he said. The smell went away and there was no weird residue on my couch!
