Our technician Max was great!! Called ahead and was right on time 👍 . He even went over all of the areas that we wanted cleaned, and noted the special stains that might be difficult, but said he would do his best. Max worked diligently for over an hour and a half and and when he was finished, everything came out beautifully cleaned.

The technician, Mitch, was very thorough and knowledgeable about the product, and procedure.
He was on time and explained each step of the cleaning process.

He wore 2 masks and shoe covers and tried to maintain a safe distance. He was friendly and accommodating with the questions I had about the product.

I would highly recommend this company for any cleaning of carpets or floors.
