Very professional serviceman and great job cleaning my sofa and chair

There are several large smeary sticky spots that we couldn’t see until it was dry. Then they were very obvious and we called shortly after he left but apparently you were already closed for the entire weekend. I don’t know what the sticky substance is (must have come from the machine because it didn’t come from our floors) and we would have liked for you to come and fix it but we’re having photos done for selling our house Monday so I guess we’ll have to try and get that off the floor and Re-clean ourselves. Hopefully whatever it is comes off easily. There is one large blob of this in each room that was cleaned and then several smaller blobs.

We like the way and process you use to clean the carpet and rugs. The tech Collin did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and shows pride in the work he does.

Excellent service. On time! Friendly and respectful. Carpet turned out as expected . Chair turned out pretty good. The technician pointed out a spot That would t come out but missed another little patch. Overall, I’m just happy he could get out what he could!

Dale was amazing! He got every spot out of our area rugs and carpets. And my grandmother's chairs have never looked so good! We now will be a permanent customer!

Grout did not come as clean as my 65 year old wife did on her hands and knees with a scrub brush

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was extremely professional and informative also very nice - he followed all Covid guidelines - Zerorez uses products that actually work and leaves your carpet not only clean but nicer looking. Certainly recommend using Zerorez !!!

We have used your services many times and have almost always been please with the results. This time we were not as happy with the technician as it appeared that we had a different understanding of the bill and the rooms to be cleaned. Hopefully this was just a matter of misunderstood communications. He did an OK job on most of the areas although we did ask that he re-clean one area and should have asked for a second.

I have had other cleaning services but they come and go fast. Swipe carpet and leave. Logan cleaned my house like it was his own. He had me look at every room as he went through. Also did a great job on the tile. I know now who will be cleaning my carpet from now on.
