The entire process, from scheduling the initial appointment, having to reschedule due to unforeseen personal conflicts, meeting the technician, and discussing special needs/services related to carpet cleaning to inspecting the finished job was top notch.
I have had the pleasure of using the services of Zerorez two times and both times they were heads above all other carpet cleaners we used in the past from start to finish. My crew member, Jeff McClendon, was very professional and polite and showed up on time. He wore coverings on his feet and used protective equipment to protect the walls. Jeff McClendon did an outstanding job and had a very pleasant attitude. I would definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
