Your service representatives are wonderful. Russell explained the procedure, some options for us.....and what we should expect.

Don't try to rip you off by paying unreasonable amount of money ...
First things first, the overall floor tile experience was wonderful. Basic stains that could be removed with a little elbow grease came wonderfully and the tile, in lightly dirty areas - looked brand new after cleaning. Any staining from hard water, or other real stains (as opposed to dirt) were not removed. But for the price I would still give that aspect an 8 maybe even 9 out of 10....
But the shower cleaning, I felt to be a complete rip off. Each shower had about 5 minutes spent on it total with a small hand cleaner. We did not see any improvement in the shower, and the cost was astronomical. I was able to get these stains out with a little elbow grease and vinegar after the fact, the rate charged was absolutely waste of money. I was not told ahead of time there was a flat rate for shower cleaning, we were under the impression this was all in a SF rate.
I cannot recommend zerorez as I do not want someone wasting their money like we did.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. Viewing prices online and setting up an appointment was very easy. There was great communication prior to the appointment. The service technician finished up his previous appointment early and called to see if we were available for him to arrive sooner than our scheduled appointment window, which we were and we appreciated. The service technician was professional and kind, worked quickly and had great communication. The service was a great value, we were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Zerorez to others in the future.

The work was perfectly done
My service tech, Austin, was very friendly, but he showed up to my house not wearing a mask, nor did he wear one the entire time he was there. He also asked to use my bathroom after being there for about a minute. When he came out of the bathroom he said, "don't worry, I just went #1...I didn't blow up anything." I thought that was a little unprofessional. The entire job only took 1 1/2 hours. I don't see why he needed to use my bathroom. As far as the carpets, they look better, but I still see spots. Maybe that's to be expected.

left a stain on a primary rug that we are still trying to deal with. tech may have had a problem with his equipment because the whole end section of a 6x9 was either not cleaned at all or just not thoroughly.
