The young man was very professional and did a great job

Several weeks ago, we contacted Zerorez to come clean three rooms at our daughter’s house. We were so pleased with the work that was done that we just had another three rooms cleaned this week. I was expecting the carpet to dry faster. The tech. completed the job at about 10:00 am
and the carpet stayed wet/damp until the next morning. Also, the tech left wet bootprints on my wood floors. I believe he should have covered his shoes, or wiped the floor when he was done. This is my 3rd time using Zeroezz. I may check around the next time. I did like the tech. He was personable and friendly.
The man who cleaned my carpets was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He worked carefully and efficiently and was very respectful of my furniture etc. My carpet looks great but the technician was the best part of the experience! So professional.
