The young man providing the service was on time, listened to our needs, and did an outstanding job. We were very pleased with our first experience with Zerorez.
The smell from my dog is still there. Not as strong but still one is aware. Also my carpet at the top of the stairs was stiff feeling. I'm not sure what would cause that. Maybe its a quality of the carpet itself as this is the first time I've had it cleaned. I was just disappointed.
Products are pet friendly. Service only took about 1 hour to clean 3 rooms!

Price was way higher than I was quoted over the phone. The worker was very professional and on time. I wasn't to impressed by your cleaning equipment. I think that for the amount I paid that my floor would of look better
