My service With Nick and Logan was amazing I couldn’t have asked for better service they made me feel very comfortable they were very friendly they were the absolute best!Besides them being the best the product was also the best the floors came clean and that’s all that I could have hope for thank you😀

After looking a the floors a lot closer the next morning, I didn’t think they were all that clean...certainly not worth $345
The technicians are professional and the carpet is cleaned without detergent.
Our ZeroRez service call was easy to schedule, and our technician, Mitch, did an excellent job. He was on-time, explained how he would proceed, worked efficiently, and cleaned our carpeting thoroughly. There was no chemical odor or residue left behind. We are very pleased with the work and definitely will call ZeroRez again.

Good job. However, grout against the wall in foyer under door jam was not cleaned. I had offered to remove the door jam so that could have been done.

Our carpet looks great. The technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable
Stairs were very wet so I used my personal carpet cleaner to suck up the water and was also shocked to see how much dirt was still in the carpet.
The technicians explained the process thoroughly and provided good suggestions for improving the look of our tile floors.
