I. Was spending over $900 and I felt like when I selected items on the site it wasn’t clear it did or did not include a complete clean. The technician was nice just felt with this big of a job he should have had assistance and that is on the back office not him. This was our second year using your service and as a returning customer I felt I was charged a lot more this year. We like to support our local companies, but not sure I will call you again next year. That is related to pricing and scheduling - and should not be reflected on the technician-he did a great job.

The service was great and so was the technician. I was disappointed that high traffic and pet stains did not come out as well as I had hoped.

I have used zerorez for the last several years. Mind you that I have old old carpets, but each time they have come out, they have made the carpets look new again. This time, I told the technician that this is the last time I am having them cleaned as I am putting in new flooring soon. He did not concentrate at all on the pet locations that needed any extra couple swipes and then left streaks where he changed the direction of cleaning, which now show. Nice technician and very personable, but not a great fan of the streaks. Zerorez has done a lot better job in the past. I’m not looking for a redo, my carpets are old and worn and stinky from the dog, but thought you might want to know. Plus I do not want this made public because I just think you guys are busy thru the holidays. Thank you!
Austin and Rocky were great at explaining the cleaning options and vigorously worked through some tough stains.
Max was a nice young man and seemed to work very hard. Some of the spots on the carpet did not come out and the matted areas

The products you use in my home are outstanding. My tile and grout always look like new when the floor dries. The techs completing my service did a great job. Their names are Austin and Ramero. They are a great team always going the extra mile as needed. I'd be pleased to see them return to our home when next I need a service call.
My comments would not be complete without recognizing your front office staff. I appreciate it that they are knowledgeable, courteous and are always pleasant to their customers.
