How clean and fresh the carpet, area rugs and floors came out. I know your products won’t leave a residue that attracts dirt which is why I chose Zerorez. Your tech, Austin, was very nice and knowledgeable. He took extra care covering his shoes and constantly wiping the floor as he moved from room to room. We are very pleased.

I have Zerorez before and both guys who came to my house have been very nice. I will use you again. However, this time, my carpet had streaks on it when it was dried. I'm hoping you will come back and fix these areas.
