Getting an online appointment was very fast and easy. Your tech, Russell arrived at my home on time and prepared. He explained the process completely. I did have some staining around the skirting of my sofa and chair so he suggested that he clean the skirt of the chair and if I was not completely satisfied with the cleaning processing he would pack up and leave without a charge. Russell did a great job cleaning my sectional and chair I was more than happy with job he did. The drying time was less than four hours. Russell was very polite and professional. I will recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.

At this point, I have streaks and lighter and darker ,marks where the cleaning tool would stop its sweep in the carpet. The technician told me at the completion that they were where there were spots that were more damp. It is definitely dry and we still have the color variations. I was going to call and send a picture on Monday morning.

Y'all have always been responsive to any special needs I've had. The arrival appointments fall within windows that are of a reasonable length of time. The techs are prompt, or on the rare occasion when they run a few minutes run late, they have phoned to let me know. The techs are very polite, explain the process and get right to work. They are also comfortable to have in my home. I don't know exactly how long I've been using Zerorez, but it's been at least 15 years; In that time, they've cleaned carpet, area rugs in place, tile and have sealed the tile. I'll continue to use them and I highly recommend them!
