The products are good and the service very professional.
First and foremost I have to say I love the customer service. James recently cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms and a runner. He was very professional and personable. He explained the process of how he was going to do it and the various treatments zerorez offers. He informed me of current specials and was able to answer any additional questions that I had. The carpets look fantastic!

Your certified technician did a very thorough job and explained why he could not clean one of our rugs because it was a wool Jute rug without damaging it. He was friendly, hardworking, helpful and attentive in every way. Our rugs and sofa look like new. I’d use your services again because of him. He even mopped up the hardwood and tile floors after he left. They were cleaner after than when he came. He was amazing in every way.
He honestly deserves a raise. Wish all technicians that come to work in my house in any capacity operated with the same level of professionalism as he did.
He’s quite the find. Make sure you hold onto him. He literally makes your company!

Have you zero razz for several years. They’ve always done a good job cleaning my carpet and getting spots out. I like it that their products are non-toxic. Their technicians are always very polite, on time, and do an excellent job.

We haven’t had carpets cleaned in years due to poor experiences with other companies. I chose Zerorez based on multiple friend’s recommendations and was amazed at their service, knowledge and the end result! They were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The tech arrived on time and did an amazing job removing stains and cleaning the carpets. Honestly, they now look brand new!

The tile and grout cleaning service was EXCEPTIONAL! I was shocked how beautiful the floors could look. Our flooring looks brand new. I can walk around in white socks and not have any discoloration on them. The service was fantastic and thorough. He was very professional and educated - 18 years in the industry. I won't ever use anyone else to clean our floors, always ZEROREZ!
The tech was very good and respectful. He focused on the stained areas on the carpets as I pointed the problems areas out to him. We jointly inspected the stained areas (dog Feces) after his cleaning process while the area was still wet. The stain was no longer visible. However, once the area dried the stain remained in the carpet. This was a disappointment. .
