Professional service
The product the technicians and how well they perform and do their job!! They just did my place yesterday on a Saturday and my 12-year-old carpet looks brand new!! And my grout in my tile looks brand new!! The technician actually gets down his hands and knees and scrub each grout line very impressed! This is the fifth time I’ve had them at my home in 8 years I highly recommend them I would never use anybody else 👍

We just had are carpet’s and sectional cleaned by Zerorez the tech was amazing very friendly and informative came in explaining the process asking if we had and Concerns or questions , He did a great job. It is a little pricey but you pay for what you get we will them come again next time when needed.

great and Kevin was such a pleasant and nice person to work with. Sent a rug back with him
for cleaning and I am sure it will look great when he returns it.

The stain is still there on the carpet...but the couch no longer smells like coffee. I've also noticed that my bannister had paint scraped off from the hose. My original biggest problem still exists and now I'll need to paint my bannister.
The return visit was a net loss for me.

The quality cleaning and professional service I get every time. Seems as though it's cleaner than the last time, each time...The technicians are ALWAYS courteous, thorough and professional. I tend to ask a lot of questions and like to chit chat - that doesn't stop them from being nice to me and still manage to get the job done in record time. I've been using Zerorez for approximately 10 years and referred a few people. I will NEVER use any other service!

Kevin was extremely professional and courteous. The apartment was in the second floor and and difficult to get the hoses up to. He worked with me to make it happen and he got the job done and it looked amazing. I will use Zerorez and ask for him again.
