The tile and grout cleaning service was EXCEPTIONAL! I was shocked how beautiful the floors could look. Our flooring looks brand new. I can walk around in white socks and not have any discoloration on them. The service was fantastic and thorough. He was very professional and educated - 18 years in the industry. I won't ever use anyone else to clean our floors, always ZEROREZ!

The tech was very good and respectful. He focused on the stained areas on the carpets as I pointed the problems areas out to him. We jointly inspected the stained areas (dog Feces) after his cleaning process while the area was still wet. The stain was no longer visible. However, once the area dried the stain remained in the carpet. This was a disappointment. .
