Used 4 or 5 times. Never disappointed.
There’s a dark spot that I wanted out more than the carpets cleaned. I asked the guy cleaning about it and he said it was a high traffic area and when it dried it would be lighter. Its not. But rest of carpet looks great

I really appreciated the fact that you use the protective corners in the hallways to keep the hose from marking my walls. The job was done quickly and we were given very clear direction on what to do to make sure we allowed the carpets to dry in a timely manner. The carpets look so clean and fluffy again. Very pleased.

We had a great experience with Zerorez! The initial person that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She explained how pricing worked and informed me of the specials that they were running. I was reminded via text message about our upcoming appointment. Our technician (Russell) was punctual and called prior to his arrival. He was kind and professional. He offered additional services without being pushy and completed the work quickly and efficiently. We loved the results and will use Zerorez again! Thanks to everyone!
Your in office and in home service staff are extremely professional. No job begins until the total cost is known for each service you provide. The bill is extremely detailed and provides a complete accounting of all discounts and specials applied. The cost is a fraction of traditional steam cleaning with protective coatings optional to you for a small additional cost. The in home staff takes the ultimate care of furniture, flooring, kids toys and wear Protective shoe coverings and masks at all times. The cleaning and treatment of pet areas, high traffic areas and tile floors is thorough, complete and remarkable. Tile floors are completely dried before the technician leaves your home. If something, (like linen fabric) is too badly stained, they will tell you beforehand approximately what the cleaning may remove or not and let you decide if you want them to proceed with the cleaning. This company and service is exceptional, their staff is courteous, professional and does not try to up-sell or allow you to buy needless services when the conditions do not warrant it ( unless you want them anyway). I have used Zerorez at two homes one 2980 sq. ft. and one at 4660 sq. ft. with multiple surfaces and upholstery and I will continue to use and recommend them.
