My technician worked very hard to get the floors clean! He was also prompt and friendly.
I thought the service was excellent. Your technician was thoughtful and experienced. He explained the process to me and was clear about all aspects of the process. I felt very comfortable with your product and services and look forward to using them again.
Showed up on time. Addressed all of my concerns. Informed me what would happen If the pets walked across the carpet and floors. Wore the booties and mask. Very through in explanation.
Cleaners should not continue to try to sell additional products once they are told the customer is not interested..

Zerorez never lets me down! My carpets look brand new again thanks to Russell who did a phenomenal job! He encouraged us to add on the carpet protector to make our carpets last longer and I am glad we did. Although we didn’t add it this time he let us know about the tile and grout service for our bathrooms. Thanks!

I could tell the technician (Jeff) wanted to do a good job. He took his time pretreating and treating additionally as he was cleaning. My carpet was very soiled and it looked so much better when he was done.

We recently took advantage of your 3 rooms for $99. The technician was prompt and very courteous. Our carpets were quite dirty, but in about one hour all were clean again! We have used Zerorez a couple of times in the past, and have been very pleased with the long-lasting results.
Every time we have used your service our rugs looked brand new again. I can't say enough about the products you use or the people that come out to the house. We had Nick & Kendall this time and they were wonderful. Very personable and informative about your other services such as clean grout between tile. We opted to try it and was utterly amazed at the difference. The tile in our kitchen and master bath came back to the brand new look when it was first put in. Keep up the good work. I would give Nick & Kendall a perfect 10!!!
Your tech was a nice young man and was very professional and accommodating to our needs we would definitely use Zerorez again. We may ask for Max to be our technician for that service that’s how much we liked him .
